The HypnoBirthing® course consists of 5 lessons of 2.5 hours each.
Between the 20th and 30th week of your pregnancy, it is a good time to start the course.

The Tuesday course starts from 19:30 till 22:00.
The coffee and tea is ready fifteen minutes before the start so that you can acclimatize and catch up before class starts. In between there is also a short break.
Tuesday evening course
19:15 – 19:30: Walk-in
19:30 – 22:00: HypnoBirthing® lesson, there is a break.
The price is: € 399 for the entire course.
This includes: course material, handouts, scripts, book and CD.
We work with small groups, so I can get to know everyone and there is room for personal attention.
The course is given at Peelstraat 171 in Amsterdam.
There is an informal atmosphere of openness, pleasant and relaxed.
The course is given in Dutch and the course material is also in Dutch. Only the book that you get with the course “HypnoBirthing® the Mongan Method” from Marie Mongan is in English.
The course can also be given in English. An individual course in English is always possible. If English is your native language and your Dutch is sufficient to follow the lesson, you will receive the course material you work with at home in English. Translating here and there during class is no problem.
It is possible to book an extra or additional private session of 2 hours, the costs are € 85,-
I also have the opportunity to give the course in the comfort of your own home.
A series of 5 private sessions of 2,5 hours costs € 750,-
This is (possibly) excluding travel and parking costs.
If you have already taken a HypnoBirthing course and are again in happy expectation, then a full course is probably a bit too much. You can also follow a refresh course with me. This consists of a series of 2 private sessions of 2.5 hours, in which you are fully up to date again and you can prepare your child in a pleasant way. The costs of this are € 250,- (possibly) excluding travel and parking costs.
If your child is not yet in the ideal birth position around the age of 34, you can also book a course: Spinning Babies with me. This increases the chance / promotes turning to the optimal position of the child.
The course consists of 1 private session of approximately 2 hours in the comfort of your own home.
The costs of this course are € 85,- for non-HypnoBirthing students (who have not followed a course with me) and € 65,- for HypnoBirthing students (who have followed a course with me).
